Terms of Service

1. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, user interface designs, graphics, logos, and content, is owned by Kolmira UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. “Mail2Action” and the Mail2Action logo are trademarks of Kolmira UG. You may not use these trademarks without prior written consent.

2. Payment Terms

Mail2Action offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Payment terms include:

• Free Tier: Includes the Executive Summary feature at no cost, forever.
• Pro Subscription: $4.99/month or $29 lifetime, billed through Lemon Squeezy. Unlocks all features including Action Items, Thread Timeline, Decision Flowchart, and Export.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: See our Refund Policy.

You are responsible for any costs associated with your own AI API key usage, which is billed separately by your chosen provider (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, or xAI).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Service without written permission

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, or behavior that harms or could harm other users or the Service.

Upon termination, your license to use the Service will immediately cease, and you must remove the extension from your browser.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Kolmira UG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Updates & Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. Updates to the Chrome extension are delivered automatically through the Chrome Web Store. Your continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Stuttgart, Germany.

8. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
