1. Overview

Mail2Action Pro purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This policy applies to both the monthly subscription ($4.99/mo) and the lifetime plan ($29 one-time). For any refund or billing questions, contact us directly — we handle everything on your behalf.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Pro purchases. If you are not satisfied with Mail2Action Pro for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and lifetime plans.

3. After 14 Days

  • Monthly subscription: You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
  • Lifetime plan: Non-refundable after the 14-day guarantee period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@mail2action.com with your order number or the email address used for purchase. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

5. Free Tier

The free tier of Mail2Action requires no payment and is not subject to this refund policy. You can use the Executive Summary feature at no cost, forever.

6. EU Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, digital content delivered immediately upon purchase may be exempt from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal when the consumer gives express consent to begin delivery and acknowledges the loss of withdrawal rights. Regardless of this exemption, we voluntarily offer the 14-day money-back guarantee described above.
